prepare to protect and provide
At Aalberts integrated piping systems, Americas (Aalberts IPSA), safety isn’t just a policy – it’s a promise we live by every day. From September 15–22, 2025, our teams across every facility and office came together to observe Safety Week 2025, a company-wide initiative focused on strengthening workplace safety, reinforcing emergency preparedness, and reminding ourselves that safety is deeply personal. This week of activities and discussions not only emphasized practical safety tips but also highlighted how preparation, awareness, and collaboration help protect our people, support our families, and safeguard the communities we serve.
why safety week matters
Safety Week is more than a company event; it’s a call to action. Each year, we pause to:
- recognize that workplace safety is a shared responsibility
- reflect on how we can reduce risks both on the job and at home
- encourage open communication when unsafe conditions are observed
- commit to carrying safe habits into our daily lives long after the week ends
Our 2025 theme, “Emergency Preparedness: Prepare to Protect and Provide,” aligned with National Emergency Preparedness Month, reinforcing the message that readiness today ensures resilience tomorrow.
Emergencies can strike without warning: severe weather, medical incidents, power outages, or travel disruptions. One unprepared response or unsafe act can affect not just one individual but an entire team. That’s why emergency preparedness was at the center of this year’s program.

We emphasized practical safety tips that apply both in the workplace and in everyday life:

day 1 - awareness: paying attention to surroundings to reduce distractions and prevent incidents
day 2 - communication: speaking up immediately when unsafe conditions are spotted
connecting preparedness to the bigger picture: safety is personal
At Aalberts IPSA, safety is woven into everything we do-from sustainability initiatives that reduce facility risks to product innovations that improve reliability and performance. Safety strengthens our culture, supports our people, and delivers confidence to the communities we serve
Behind every safety activity is a simple truth: safety is personal. It’s about going home safe to our families, looking out for our coworkers, and ensuring our work supports the wider community. By staying prepared, we not only protect ourselves but also empower one another.
a lasting commitment
Safety Week is a reminder, not a reset. The true measure of success is whether these lessons become part of our daily routine. At Aalberts IPSA, our vision and commitment to quality is clear: zero incidents, everyone home safe. By preparing to protect and provide, we reinforce a culture of care and responsibility that lasts well beyond Safety Week.
