• The promotion is available only while inventory remains, on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once an item sells out, it will not be replenished or restocked for this promotion.

2. Eligible Products

• Only products specifically listed within the Aalberts Vault qualify for promotional pricing.
• Promotional pricing does not apply to any items outside this curated Vault listing.
• Aalberts integrated piping systems reserves the right to update or adjust the available inventory at any time.

3. Pricing

• All Vault pricing is exclusive, time-limited, and may vary from standard list pricing.
• Prices are valid only for confirmed orders received during the vault availability period.
• Prices are non-negotiable and apply only to the quantities available in the Vault.

4. Order Acceptance

• Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
• Acknowledgement of receipt does not guarantee availability. Products are not reserved until the order is officially confirmed by Aalberts integrated piping systems.
• Partial fulfillment may occur if inventory levels change during order processing.

5. All Sales Final

• All Vault purchases are final.
• No returns, exchanges, refunds, credits, or cancellations will be accepted for any reason.
• Products are sold as-is, in new and unused condition, but may reflect final-run inventory or last-available stock.

6. Shipping & Lead Times

• Standard shipping policies apply.
• Vault items typically ship with quick lead times, but shipping timelines may vary based on order size, location, and distribution center availability.
• Aalberts is not responsible for delays outside our control, including carrier delays or transportation disruptions.

7. Warranty

• All products remain covered under our standard manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise stated for a specific item.
• Warranty claims are subject to standard Aalberts IPS warranty terms and procedures.
• All sales final policy does not limit manufacturer warranty rights where applicable.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for verifying that Vault items meet their project requirements before purchase.
• Customers must confirm product specifications, approvals, and compatibility for their intended use.

9. Changes, Suspension, or Termination

• Aalberts integrated piping systems may modify, suspend, or terminate the Vault promotion at any time, without liability or prior notification.
• Aalberts reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in pricing or product details at any time.

10. Market Availability

• The Vault is open to customers in the United States, Canada, and LATAM, subject to product approvals and export restrictions.
• Certain items may not be eligible for sale in all markets due to certification requirements (e.g., CRN in Canada).

11. Limitation of Liability

• Aalberts integrated piping systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in this promotion, including but not limited to project delays, lost profits, or replacement costs due to sold-out items.
